Learning Architectures and Training
This pillar of MC2 Institute is executed in collaboration with our sister company Thinkingschool Switzerland AG (TS CH): TS CH has been founded by 3 Swiss university professors as a JSC, duly registered in Switzerland. Each of the six partners bring in decades of experience in higher education, management and leadership training and practice.
Management Training and Post-Graduate Programs
TS CH is focusing on developing and delivering tailor-made management trainings and post-graduate programs, mainly in management related topics, together with local partners (training or academic institutions, HR departments, corporate universities) around the globe.
TS CH is legally entitled to issue higher education titles like Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS), Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
As a private sector company TS CH is flexible to adapt programs to the needs of the local market – within the framework of the Swiss Higher Education System.
In-House Learning Architectures / Corporate Universities
Our approach enhances on-the-job training by integrating real projects, allowing employees to learn in a practical environment while delivering immediate value to your company.
With a variety of hands-on learning methods, your project teams will be equipped to manage change initiatives effectively. We bridge the gap between organizational and personnel development through application-focused learning.
We are prepared to develop and implement advanced corporate university concepts with our clients by combining internal consulting, coaching, mentoring and corporate entrepreneurship with just-in-time training input, all based on strategic project and stakeholder management. A knowledge management system may be included as needed.
