Prof. Reineke is the founder and Managing Director of MC2 Institute Ltd. He has gained more than 30 years’ experience in more than 40 countries as a consultant, trainer, lecturer, researcher and entrepreneur. He is a practitioner with a solid academic foundation. After a career in leading consulting companies, he had positions at well-known universities in Germany, Switzerland and Asia, always combined with consulting/training and entrepreneurial activities. He designed and implemented several MBA courses and a Ph.D. program, corporate universities, learning architectures and entrepreneurial eco-systems around the globe. As a consultant, trainer and board member he worked with companies of all sizes in various industries. Since the beginning of his career another focal area of his work is development consulting. Rolf-Dieter Reineke received his Master’s Degree in Economics and his Ph.D. in International Management from the University of Münster/Germany (combined with a stay as Visiting Scholar at the University of Illinois / USA). He published an encyclopedia about management consulting, several books and numerous articles.
